Covid-19 and the Food Bank. In April 2020, a time that seems a lifetime ago,

I was part of a community fundraiser on behalf of the California Association of Food Banks, along with the Jennifer Perlmutter Gallery in Lafayette, CA. Artists gave small works to donors as thanks for gifts to the Food Bank. The response was incredible, within a few short days over 60 artworks came in to the gallery and over $19,000 in funds were raised for the Food Bank. It was heartwarming to see and feel the community come together like that.
